Crucial Care was founded by President Michael Shumer and Nicholas R. Dodaro, MD, FACEP.

Dr. Dodaro is a visionary and a board certified Emergency Medicine physician who has practiced in a variety of settings, including Level 1 trauma centers, academic emergency departments, and both large and small private facilities. He has been accepted as a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Mike Shumer is an experienced management and leadership consultant.
